I have a 98 wrangler sport with a 3" lift and 32" tires and i Recently been having a wobble in the front end of my jeep so I took it to the shop to have it worked on. They ended up replacing the shocks and tightening the pitman arm. That took care of the wobble kind of but I can still feel it vibrating a little. I asked around and the two things I have learned it might be are either the damper on the steering or the ball joints. Is there anyone out ther who might of had the same problem and can offer any advice.

From your description John, your TJ definitely does not have Death Wobble. Shimmy and/or shake you feel thorugh your steering wheel is NEVER caused by a bad steering dampener (aka steering stabilizer), bad ball joints, or bad front-end alignment. That type of issue is invarably caused by the tires being imperfectly balanced or, perhaps, a bent wheel.

Get the tires spin balanced by a guy who knows what he is doing and advise him that you have a steering shimmy so hopefully he'll take a little extra time balancing. The bigger the tire a Jeep runs, the more important that perfect tire balance becomes to keeping shimmy and vibrations at bay.

I had them balanced not long ago. There is also a pop and click when I hit a bump over 5mph then if I hit a bump over 50 mph it starts shaking really bad

How bad is it shaking? Enough to make you think the Jeep is about to go out of control and your vision has turned into a blur?

The pop and click you didn't mention before indicates something is loose or broken. And having tires balanced doesn't necessarily mean they got them balanced. I've had to return to a shop for a second time to insist they rebalance them and get them right which they invariably do the second time around.

Try this... with the tires on the ground and you watching closely from the front, have someone turn the steering wheel repeatedly back & forth while you watch for something moving that should not be. There should be zero side-to-side movement of any of the parts where they are bolted together.

Yeah yesterday it did shake that bad that I ended up almost losing control. We tried the wheel turning and looking underneath at the same time and everything seems to be tight
