I got some full doors and I've been rebuilding the drivers side door since I got them.

I've put a new locking latch, rekeyed the cylinders, new inside handle and finally a new interior panel. However, before I put the panel on I need to straighten the window regulator. How do you remove it so I can straighten it out? I detached it from the glass, pushed the glass up and unscrewed the 4 screws that hold the other end to the door. But how do I remove the whole arm assembly? I couldn't get it to drop out. I ultimately want to replace it but in the short term I need to bend it so it rolls up and down easier.

Its been a couple of years but I believe you have to crank it down to get it out. Remove the glass which I think you said you have done and then try to crank it down. It is a little of a puzzle in there.
