I was wondering if anyone could help me fix this problem. I have a 94 wrangler YJ and when driving down the road and I hit a bump the doors shake real hard. Anyway to tighten these up with them making so much noise?

How what I go about adjusting the strikerbolt?
striker bolt is the round pin on your jeep body that the door latch latches on when you shut the door..if your door has play in it when shut it you can adjust this bolt in to tighten it up...to do this loosen the striker bolt just a little with a torx bit..move it straight in just a little and tighten it back down...check it...you may have to adjust it a couple of times to get it just right

Adjusting the hinges on the doors will allow you to get them to shut perfectly. The bolts are threaded into a separate plate on the inside of the door. This plate moves when you loosen your bolts up. Allowing you to adjust the hinges of the door where you need it.
