I know this has been talked about in several threads but I'm still a bit confused about friction modifier for my 44 with trac lok. Going with conventional. I emailed Valvoline about their 80w-90 and they said anything with limited slip on the bottle has about 4 ounces of friction modifier per quart and depending on your application you can add more. So I should be fine to go with this for the front and the rear?

Yes, no need to add additional friction modifier. It is hard to find a GL5 gear lube that doesn't contain the friction modifier additive. The additive is ok/safe to use in axles without a TracLoc.
