I bought the 2007 JK used about a year ago, really great condition, hardly driven, never played with. So I try to take the doors off....removing the cap nuts from the hinge bolts, disconnecting the electrical harnass, unhooked the door stays....and the doors would not budge from the hinge on either side. Used WD40, rocked the doors....tried everything to bust 'em loose. So I know the doors may never have been off, and they could be sticky, but what can I do?? Has anyone encountered this?
Had the same problem. Try jb blast and sway door back and forth a couple of times then try lifting while swaying door.
