Thank you in advance for the help. Within the next month I will be swapping out my current 3.07 geared axles with a set of 4.10 geared axles (rear being a Dana 44). I will be using a friends lift to do the work with the assistance of him. He is mechanically inclined so I do not foresee any issues with the swap, but I want to ensure while we are in there that I replace what I should while having it apart. I have a 3.5" lift that I installed 10 years ago so it's time to replace the shocks, (I ordered new Rubicon Express shocks), new gaskets for the differentials, speedo gear for my tire/gear ratio size, fluids, etc. Brakes are all recently replaced. Is there anything major that I am missing/should do while I am in there? I also do not want to show up and be missing an obvious part and stall the swap. As stated before thanks for the help.

1997 Wrangler Sport w/ 4.0L and 5 Speed if that helps any.

PB blaster...start now. On all bolts/nuts that connect to the axle.

Are the axles out of a Rubicon? If so, you'll need to figure out driveshaft U-joint configuration. It's just easiest to swap in a new yoke for a 1310 joint.

Brakes....drum to disc?

Front track bar location? Do you have an adjustable track bar now?
Thanks for the quick response, in order of your questions:

-Out of a non Rubicon. The front is a Dana 30 and came from a Jeep that was regeared to 4:10''s so should be same as mine. Should I swap in a new yoke and if so, do you have a link to one?

-How expensive to change over to disks from Drum?

-I have an adjustable front trackbar on already that I installed last year so should be good in that department.

Thanks again.

The only problem I had when I swapped axles (also from 3.07 to 4.10's) is I snapped both front alignment cam bolts. I guess I didn't PB blast them as much as i should have. But no store had them and I had to order them from a federated auto store and it came in the next day. but other than that it was smooth. The difference from 3.07 to 4.10's with 33's is awesome too
I started PB Blasting everything about a month ago. Unfortunately the New England winters just reak havoc on our vehicles. Were you able to save and reuse your U-Joints?
