PB blaster...start now. On all bolts/nuts that connect to the axle.

Are the axles out of a Rubicon? If so, you'll need to figure out driveshaft U-joint configuration. It's just easiest to swap in a new yoke for a 1310 joint.

Brakes....drum to disc?

Front track bar location? Do you have an adjustable track bar now?

-Out of a non Rubicon. The front is a Dana 30 and came from a Jeep that was regeared to 4:10''s so should be same as mine. Should I swap in a new yoke and if so, do you have a link to one?
As long as it came out of a non-Rubicon TJ, then you will be fine.

-How expensive to change over to disks from Drum?
Not sure on cost as I did everything with parts I had. It's just a little time consuming is all.

Be sure to test everything at full bump and droop to make sure nothing makes contact. Set your bumpstops correctly to prevent this from happening. Make sure your driveshaft is the correct length.

I started PB Blasting everything about a month ago. Unfortunately the New England winters just reak havoc on our vehicles. Were you able to save and reuse your U-Joints?
New England? I'd have a spare set of bolts on hand:) You might try to see if you can loosen them now, if they don't budge, order a new set now so they are there when you do the install. I'm in dry Colorado and had to cut mine off with a sawzall.

As far as u-joints....what do you mean by re-use? If you are swapping your axle shafts over, you don't have to take apart the u-joints.
