Hey guys
Which dealership do you take your Jeep to for service?
I'm having bad experiences with the service at North York Chrysler.
They are refusing to change my leaking top for the past year and I have had issues with them in the past. They also don't seem to be mod friendly and just want to empty my pockets.
Can anyone tell me a good dealership and if you know anyone personally that would be a plus!
Thanks

Bay King in Hamilton are straight up guys, pretty no-BS. I'd give them a call.

An hour drive to get there from where I live. I don't mind the drive if they are honest. Hopefully someone here knows a good dealership within Toronto if not Bay King it is.

Sorry to bring back an older thread. How did you ever make out with them? We just bought a JKUR from them, and what a royal PITA they are to deal with...I've never been so insulted in my life dealing with salesmen, to the point that I almost walked away from the deal.

Sorry I just saw this. To answer your question; I gave up on them. I will never ever take my jeep to that dealership again. They insulted me on a few occasions telling me I'm lying and I'm pouring water inside my jeep on purpose. I'm driving with a faulty soft top and saving at the same time so that i can a get a proper soft top for my jeep.

As I love my Jeep I would not recommend North York Chrysler to ANYONE.

As much as it sucks, seems like a general consensus I guess. I won't recommend them to anyone either.

So far I have tried two dealerships for service. Both are terrible.

1. Raceway Chrysler (would dismiss everything as "normal")
2. Vaughan Chrysler (won't do their due diligence, pricey!!!!!, good luck on getting a warranty repair done)

Jeep as a whole is the shittiest automaker in North America. I have a squeaky clutch on my 2016 JKUS (that's right, 2016) and it broke down last week (won't accelerate). I went to Raceway first time to get this repaired. They said it was normal. Then went to Vaughan, couldn't fix in 2 attempts and didn't show any due diligence either.

Finally, when it broke down (luckily not on a highway), the wait time for Jeep's roadside assistance was 3 hours (not kidding). So I called CAA and they arrived within an hour.

Got it towed to Vaughan Chrysler and they don't care to provide updates. Had to wait for Jeep to approve the warranty repair and even a car rental. I am writing this on a Monday and even after me saying twice that I need a car rental I haven't been offered one by Vaughan Chrysler. Their service reps never answer calls and their email response is selective.

Shitty company with shittier dealerships.

From dream to nightmare, that's my Jeep journey.

Have any of you dealt with Toronto Chrysler Jeep? I just bought mine from there and had a pretty good experience. Got the extended warranty because I've heard some troubling rumours.
