There are a lot of places to choose from... go to Google maps to find a town then do a search for campground or RV park. You can also look on websites like good sam club, koa, etc.

If you are looking for trails to consider, you might look at a website like trails.org - annual subscription but equivalent to having access to a 100 guide books.

Large concentration of trails around durango, silverton, Ouray colorado...with rv campgrounds all around.

There's a Koa in Buena vista, co with tons of trails from mild to wild. Check out traildamage.com to see most of the trails in COlorado
