Unless it is a family member living in the same household, it cannot be transferred.

@mathew85, it is a random incentive. If you request a brochure......you may or may not get one 3 to 6 weeks later.

Why would you NOT use it? I was trying to get one (the brochure thing) that never came through. My dealer said I could use it for anything, i.e.-get a bunch of free accessories. Check it out, maybe I'm wrong.
