Ordered a product that had an issue, I called the service dept the next day. I was quickly sent a replacement item with zero hassle. I do not want to list what was ordered to avoid people taking advantage of this.... Will order from them in the future.

ive had good service from them also until the last order. ordered shocks for the grand Cherokee and received email out of stock. called them and upgraded, they had the nitro shocks in stock. what I received was new rear shocks, the fronts already had the boots on them with a ton of grease on them from being sent back from someone else. my front shock was blown so I didn't bother calling, cleaned them up, installed and went on my way. cant blame the guy on the phone, he said he had 2 fronts in stock. not happy about it, but it is what it is. ill know better next time.
