I found this ground connected to the engine block (along with the battery negative ground and another smaller diameter wire with eyelet). It was running along side of the engine block and touching.
Is this okay for it to be touching the block? Or is it routed wrong? I checked the insulation out and nothing is burned up on it.
I haven't traced the wire yet as its taped up in some loom. Slowly getting there but not tonight.

Anyone know what this ground may be? Alternator? Starter? Also was wondering what the smaller ground wire was from. All three were connected to the engine block. In the process of cleaning them up.

On the arrow above the ground is that the oil pressure sending switch?
