I recently bought a set of full hard doors and was told by the previous owner that the door glass is interchangeable from side to side. The reason I ask is it only came with one glass and i'm not sure what side its for without actually tearing apart the door first.

As long as it is flat I guess but I don't remember. Had mine all apart recently on the DS. The attach points would be either side since they weren't directional. Just hols at the bottom of the glass.

Just checked at Morris 4X4 and they are NOT interchangeable shown as two distinct part numbers.

Correct the part numbers are different -- I'd order both, not worth messing with for $44 bucks in my opinion.

The bottom channel that the glass sits in is unique to each side, but the piece of glass itself is completely interchangeable from one side to the other. Once you figure out which way it would sit in the door, if the channel is like this [ then its for the drivers side, and this ] for the passenger.
