Im looking to insulate my jeep a little and lower some of the road noise. I have only found two different companies that make them.

Off Road Heros
OFFROAD HEROS - Top Liner

Hot Head Head liners

Anyone have any these? Do they really work?

300$ is pretty steep for a blanket, Velcro'd to the top

I've seen pictures where people has glued automotive carpet like you the kind you would use for speaker boxes to their top!

I have the one in the first picture. Came with the top. My previous Jeep didn't have one and honestly I can't tell the difference. Not sure it is really worth it.

I just glued some auto carpet to the top. Honestly, it was a definite change in echo/road noise. $300 is too steep for me so I did it myself for $30

:D I've heard great things about the HOTHEADLINERS. but

I have the offroadheroes-JK headliner kit and have for over 1½ years-

I've modified it a little, but the appearance/benefits at 115° to -10° F, in the desert are PHENOMINAL !!

I'd like more details on that gear storage you've got too.

:D Pretty simple JJ, it's a RAINGLER Xterra/Jeep hardtop rack "NET" and I have it trussed to the rollcage in about six places-

It's for blankets, coats, towels, light duty stuff-
