i am new to the jeep world with my 94 wrangler, and have a few questions. i am trying to fix it up myself since there isnt a lot of work needed. the brake light went out, and i think its just the fuse. where is the fuse box and how hard is it to replace? also, i just got a hard top that has a hole cut in already for a sunroof; but it is covered up with a sheet of diamond plate. how hard is it to put in a new sunroof? thanks, and i am glad to be part of the jeep community.

It's a jeep, jeeps don't have sunroofs. If I were ever to see one though I bet it would be a chunk of plexiglass and lots of clear silicone. Ya want the sunroof open? Take the top off.

Try jc Whitney too they have quite a few sizes of economical sunroofs available. A jig saw will change hole size pretty easy if needed. Very easy to install. Trace cut seal her up and screw her in. I bought one like that before and found a used one in a junkyard to fix it for 25 buck. I'll keep my top with no holes now. Lol Good Luck.

To put a sunroof in a jeep is sacrilegious, friends may let some friends drink and drive but no friend should let anyone install a sunroof in a Jeep :bottom: LOL!!! I guess it is not your fault since it already has a hole cut in there so I won’t blame you for it…
You can get those sunroofs just about any automotive shop. You know if you wanted to patch it up and have it look pretty decent you could take it to someone who does fiberglass work and have them patch it or you could do it yourself pretty easily also.

I believe they make kits for sun roofs, but I can't seem to find it. It's not a bad thing to have a sun roof on a hard top. A lot of people, including myself, prefer to ride with a hard top. I mainly drive with one because I live about 5 minutes from the east side of Cleveland, which is the most dangerous part of cleveland.
As for the brake light, which one is out? If it's the third, it's possible that your state doesn't require it. I know that in Ohio, only two are required. Check your state laws just to be on the safe side.
