You would have to a lot of things than just the engine. You would want a different rear axle if your wrangler still has the stock D35 that the 4 cylinder model comes with. Also you would need a tranny, wiring harness, new engine mounts, etc. I would estimate a 5.7 HEMI swap to maybe cost $10,000+? Just a guess.

Fuel pump, ecm flash if you want your gauges to work, bellhousing if needed.. it's a lot. But any engine swap is a lot of work. You just have to determine how worth it it is to you.
