Not working at all? There's a 2 wire connection above the heater box and behind the glove box you can check, and also the the blower motor resistor on the heater box right behind the passenger speaker.
The fan only works in heat/defrost, so there's a switch located in the heater control. The last time my fan wouldn't blow, one of the wires had loosened its way off the switch. It was easy to fix - I just had to remove the middle dash panel to pull out the heater control.
Will check the resistor. Not sure that it is the wire. I have the control pulled out and all the wires seem tight. I used the heater a couple weeks ago during a cold snap and it worked fine. Went to turn on yesterday and nothing.
