I don't know if anyone had run across this before, but my heater I'd not working the switch seams to be fine as in the fact that it goes from panel to defrost fine it just doesn't blow hot. Also I don't know if it is related but when I drive fit am extended period of time with the AC on it leaks water in the passenger floor?

Try flushing your heater core several times. It worked wonders on mine. And as for the water leakin that sounds like your condensation tube is either clogged or torn or needs to be rerouted. If you search "flushing the heater core" you will find several threads on this subject. I would post some links but I'm on my iPhone.
