Help,where does this vac line go?

It goes to the heater head,also to the manifold but I dont know where the other end of the "T" goes.Its the end in the pix where I have the elec tape ,on the right side of the pix.

you can see it only because you are logged into your photobucket account. You would need to make the photo public for others to see it as well.
