I currently have 30x9.5x15 on my heep. It has a 2 1/2" lift. Will I be able to fit 32x11.5x15's on there without any issues

You will need wheel spacers or wheels with more off set

Yeah you can add washers to the steering stops

If you wheel it much, and you haven't centered the rear axle after your lift, the 11.50 on a stock wheel will be pretty close to the upper coil spring bucket on the LR.

You don't need to worry about offset for what we do, only back space; although the two are related. A one inch offset would be a huge back space, pulling the wheel way inside the fender. For instance, the wheels I run are 4" back space, with a -12mm offset.
