Hello!

I own a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and I'm looking to put a nice touch on it, I wanna switch out my stock rims for some new ones, I'd like to keep my tires (brand new) so I'm looking at 18" rims right now, I'm new to all of this and I'm hopping someone can help me out here. I've been looking around and found some I really like by "ATX" but I found myself in a bit of a sticky, the ones I'm looking at are the Crawl (Matte Black / Machined 18x8.5 5x127mm (5x5") ET15, but here is my problem everytime I try to check and see if these will work on my jeep the website says they are not compatible with 2010 jeeps, so i'm stuck, I thought that was my wheel dimensions so I don't understand why they wouldn't work, any help?? many thanks in advance

18" rims are few and far between. As keepers, anyway.

Your stockers are 6.25" backspacing, which is very tight. The Crawls you posted about SOUND right...5x127 (4.5") backspacing, 5-on-5 bolt pattern. That'll actually move your tires OUT from the Jeep, compared to the crappy stock rims.

Unless I'm missing something, the Crawls should work fine. I'd call the vendor directly...better yet, you should call or PM the forum vendor, DTD, and just straight-out ask em if there's a problem. They know, and they'll tell you. From the info in your post, I don't see an issue.

Except for keeping the horrendously large 18" rims, which you'll someday have to buy equally horrendous 18" tires for. :D

I finally got the nerve up to get my wheels and just thought I would post a few pics of em, big thanks to kbwwolf for the help above, thx mate!:punk:

I'm looking to do a few more things to it, maybe get some tubular bumpers and a push bar or something for the front cause the stock bumper is useless, but that might be a few months away. One last thing, the guy that put my tires on had some trouble putting my locking lug on the spare, said it was too wide, he said they sale a slim locking lug, I checked my local autozones and couldn't find anything, any help would be greatly appreciated!! thanks!!

Wow...BIG difference. Looks good, dude. :thumb:

As for the slimmer locking lug nuts, I'd do the same thing you did for the wheels. Call DTD. I'm pretty sure they make slimmer ones in both chrome and black.
