After a few months, I’m finally getting back to my build, and I’m running into some issues with my Savvy suspension install. Any help would be much appreciated. My first TJ build, so bear with me if these are newbie questions. :)

First issue I’m having is my Currie front track bar is hitting my Teraflex diff cover on my HP Dana 30. Now, I don’t have my castor dialed in just yet, but even so, it doesn’t look like I have nearly as much clearance as others have claimed to have. I do have the bump stops centered on each other at full bump. The contact is between the gusset and the diff cover on the Johnny Joint end of the track bar. See photos below.

Second issue is, there seems to be some binding going on up front. When I jack the frame up to allow the axle to droop, the left side fully drops while the right side hangs at about 50% travel. Is this normal, or am I missing something?

Move the axle back a bit to clear the track bar. You may have to keep an eye on this again when you set the caster.

How did you center the axle at ride height?

Is the axle track bar side bushing loose? Don't tighten it until the keep is sitting at normal ride height.

When moving the axle back, I assume I should adjust uppers and lowers equally?

As far as centering axle at ride height, I haven’t done this yet because I haven’t had the body, motor, etc on the frame yet. I will plan on readjusting this afterwards. I’m primarily looking to get this close for now, then readjusting after I’m fully assembled.

Regarding the axle-side track bar bushing, that bolt is snug. Could this be causing the uneven axle drop?

Your final ride heights should be close to 16" front, 12" rear between the spring seats. Use that for mock up and refine once the Jeep is together again.

At the mocked up ride height, center the axle to the frame.

As far as the control arms, they need to be whatever length that will position the axle, set the pinion angle and clear everything else. Getting the bumps centered is a guideline, not an absolute rule. If you need too pull the axle a bit one way or another to make things clear then do that. Use both the uppers and lowers to get it there.
