Jerry sorry bout my bad post. I am looking for softer ride. I have 33" Mickey Thompson MTZ . I just don't wanna bounce around after hitting bumps.
A ride problem like that is always going to be either the shocks are too stiff, the tires are overinflated, or a combination of the both.
Your tires should have 26-28 max psi in them. Many shops/people will incorrectly inflate their tires to the pressure shown on the sidewall which is only its max safe pressure, not the correct pressure for all possible vehicle weights. That alone will cause an overly stiff ride.
If your pressure is currently too high but lowering down to 26-28 psi doesn't help enough, new better riding shocks is the rest of the answer. By the way... use 26 psi for when your Jeep is lightly loaded, 28 psi fully loaded with passengers & gear. A couple good riding shocks include the Old Man Emu Nitrocharger, Bilstein 5100 (the version valved specially for the Wrangler, or Rancho RS9000xl.
