The stock bumpers are hollow plastic with a little bit of sheet metal. I wouldn't try it and if by chance it caught the thin sheet metal and actually lifted the Jeep I would only allow my ex wife to change the tire or whatever else underneath it.
There is absolutely no metal in the back bumper and the bar in the front is not terribly thick. About the only place I would put it would be in the trailer hitch receiver or maybe under the rock rails if you have a Rubicon.
