What are some of the first things to go "wrong" with a high mileage jeep? I'm getting up there with miles and there have been zero issues yet(knock on wood). What are some things to watch for? And any good preventative measures to take to keep your wrangler running like new?

"Knock" probably wasn't the right word to use lol but frame rot tends to be a pretty prevalent issue so make sure to power wash any salt and dirt out from underneath the jeep every now and then to prevent it, other than that as long as you take care of it and maintain it well you should be good, obviously wear and tear parts may need to be replaced but that's expected, I know some of earlier TJs had problems with the exhaust manifolds cracking but hopefully that won't happen to you
