I recently had to take my 2000 TJ 2.5L manual on the highway, and what an experience! I noticed from 55MPH on, it vibrates, not in the steering wheel, but the entire Jeep. I don't know if it is in the steering (I think the stabilizer is close to gone), or the tires (Hankook dynapros at about half life)?
Any other ideas on what it might be? It doesn't feel like death wobble, it just vibrates...
Thanks for any insight

Thanks for the insight. It is definitely a high frequency vibration. I just bought my TJ a little over a month ago from a dealer, so anything done to it is based on appearance. I assume it is lifted, by how much I'm not sure. It sits on 31's, and there is a lot of room in the wheel wells.
I'm a bit of a novus when it comes to mechanics, so how do I check pinion angle and u joints?
Again thanks for the help

So, I just crawled under the back of my TJ and noticed that my rear sway bar is disconnected. Would this be a cause of vibrations on the highway?
