Is your Jeep lifted? If so, how high and is it suspension, body, or both? Is it a high frequency vibration or low frequency?

A high frequency vibration on the highway can indicate a bad ujoint. Check them for play. Don't forget to check the axle joints in the front as well. If lifted, it could be your pinion angle.

A low frequency vibration can indicate bad or out of balance tires. Run your hand over the tires and look for flat spots and/or uneven wear. A flat spot will indicate a possible broken belt. Uneven wear can be caused by toe (alignment) problems, or lack of rotation.
