I'm looking for full replacement hinges that aren't going to kill the bank aka dealer. I found a full black set on quadratec called value line? Mine are rusted on the edges where bushing goes in and I have a ton of play in them. I've been searching forever to find a solution/idea.

You could also look at 4WD.com and even try JC Whitney, i know they usually have stock replacement parts.

Best I could find is rugged ridge on eBay for about 120 complete set in black. How hard is it to replace the bushings? Thinking of removing factory hinges, powdercoat then new bushings. Just have a feeling bushings may be a pain to replace?
