Never been to Aruba, but it looks like you can drive right down to the beach and relax!!

On the southwest coast, certainly.

The northeast coast is the rough side (waves approach that side), and there's some nice trails there. Mostly rock and harder packed dirt. The national park is navigable by trail, and depending on where you go, you're advised to only attempt it in a Jeep or other legit 4x4.
