Loosen up your lower door hinge and that will allow you allot of adjustment
How do I alimy doors after replacing the windshield hinges?
Long story short, I replaced my windshield wiper motor, but in the process broke my windshield hinges. I replaced them, and my passenger side door is a bitch to open. you really have to pull because of it being off. Drivers side is off a little, but that's doable.
How do you adjust the doors to line up?

I ended up grinding my upper hinge so the door sat lower so it would close better
