I went with the 1.25 because of the "other" issues. I think it was 89 bucks plus shipping. Also got the 1" mml and installed at the same time (JKS) all told, about 4 hours, because I didn't read ALL of the instructions (would have been closer to 3, 2 1/2)
Make sure you get the right one. I've been looking for one for mine, but can't find one for 05-06 with A/C and 6 speed. If anyone knows of one, please let me know. Shouldn't be to hard to install, did one years ago on a YJ, took about 6 hours
same price as a 1.25 JKS lift, and why would you recommend a 1.25 but not a 2" is the .75 gonna really make a diference? come on, i can see why you say not a three becasue that is definitly huge, but 2" is gonna be fine, no issues with fuell filler necks or anything and no ripping out issues and you still cant really tell that its there

this explains how to do the performance accesories 1" BL, and it is exactly the same thing for the 2" lift
MML is a Motor Mount Lift. TO help compensate for the raised body, it will raise your motor an 1" so that there are no problems with the radiator lining up as well as to give you a better drive line angle to decrease vibrations.
it is mostly used for when you have another suspension lift so that there arent driveline vibes, but in your case it would be just so that you wouldnt need to cut a little bit out of the radiator fan shroud, and of course just in case you do decide to do a susp. lift
Not trying to be an azz, but, have you tried google? When I got into wheeling, I found that when I would look up one answer, I would find other information that I would use later. It would kind of lead me to more stuff that I didn't even know existed. I mean this website is a great tool for information and helpful hints, but i just wouldn't let it be my one and only source.
