I have a TJ X and I want to add a quick disconnect system for the sway bar. I've seen some pictures on the forum but nothing that is totally comprehensible. I want to do the clevis pin set up but I am wondering what kind of supplies I need so I can make a list to take a trip to the hardware store. This mod would really help just help me get started.

This is how I did mine....used the http://4x4xplor.com/homediscos.html guide, but I think I used a total of 6 washers. I also tack welded one of the grade 8 washers to the head of the clevis pin so it shouldn't wear as quick.

Thanks, I did mine today, bought all grade 8 stuff costs around 25$ for the good stuff, this is a wicked good system thanks for the links to the sites
