I am eventually going to install my 3" lift on my TJ. I am going to add a 3/4" spacer in the front to compensate for my bumper and upcoming winch.and maybe have enough added lift to level the Jeep. My question : Many adjustable track bars are for up to 3" lift or 4+". Should I get the 4+" and figure that my new springs will have a little extra lift and the track bar has enough adjustment to allow a slightly less than 4" lift? Or should I get the shorter one? I would prefer the longer one in case I add more down the road.

Well, the choices are pretty simple.
Currie, JKS or Metalcloak.

Push the axle to full bump with the springs & jounce removed, and figure out how much bumpstop extension you need. Those mentioned above have the best clearance, with the stock cover.

Also, bypass the spacers and just level it with springs of the proper rate and length.
