I noticed my pitman arm barely moving side to side while replacing my drag link. It will move maybe 1/8" side to side with my hand. Can someone take a look at the video below and tell me if this is something I can just tighten up or should I be looking more into the steering box/other components? I recall feeling a little movement in my steering wheel for months now so I'm thinking this could be the culprit. Nothing bad, just a very minor feeling of movement.

I had a Bronco II years ago with some slop in the steering box. I tightened the adjuster and it helped immensely. The video link below shows how to do it. Just be careful and only do a little at a time so you don't over tighten it. Hope this helps.

That would be slop in the sector shaft/gearbox.
The pitman itself is splined and if the bolt is tight, not likely the issue.

The adjuster mentioned above might help, but most of the time it's a bandaid and the gearbox itself usually needs replaced if there is internal slop/play.
