Picture says it all. I need to do this as you can see, took the kids for the first time today and then went to the car wash (auto one, w/the hanging rags). Anyway got home and lifted the hood and now I want to clean it out. I was gonna spray it down at a self serve, any thoughts? Thanks.

Ps....here's a shot of the kids on their 1st ride off-road. They loved it and kept saying, go thru bigger puddles dad. I told them to tell mommy to let daddy get a winch then will try the bigger puddles. We'll see....

Hahahaha...Jeep politics. I like it.

You can just spray the engine down. Obviously watch out for the air intake.

Here's a thread with some tips about ways to get it really clean, if you wanna go that route.

Mud ALL OVER the engine

Cool pics of the munchkins. :thumb:

Where did you go wheeling? I'm in bucks county pa. Nice jeep.

It's always fun to take the kids wheelin!
I went to whats known as the CC Woods in Clayton/Glassboro NJ. Check out the New Jersey section/thread on the bottom of the main forum page and you'll see all about it. It's a good time, with wide trails, but nothing really challenging.

From where ur at, its probably a 45 min to an hour ride. I'm in Camden County, NJ, just outside Philly and ur probably a good 30 min from me and the woods are another 15 min from where im at
