Do you have a stock intake on it? If you have a cold air intake it will howl. If it is stock then you might have a damaged air tube from the Throttle body to the filter houseing. Might even be something as simple as your airfilter houseing not sealed all the way down. Depending on how loud it is you might also have a vacumn line leak. Hope it helps some.
