Took this pic on the way home of a TJ pulling a boat...I bet he is over the 2000lbs TJ limit.:facepalm:

Note the single axle on the boat trailer, aluminum boats with outboards are surprisingly light. I tow my 18' alumaweld all the time and have never had problems, just sayin-

I bet he is NOT over the limit. Like MPJeep says, that aluminum boat is a featherweight. Heck, I can't tell from the pick, it could be an LJ too?

Yeah, my biggest concern is the Emergency stop. I once had my old 7000lbs toyhauler (pulled by my 1/2 ton truck) with trailer brakes push me through a red light....so I can't imagine trying to stop a heavy boat behind a short wheelbase TJ.
