So how do you delete a pic after you upload it there? And do my pics really have to be grouped with everyone else's?

hmm hadnt really thought about this, the site we ran before allowed people to have individual galleries and it seemed like people didnt like that, they would rather have the simplicity of just uploading, I could always add individual gallery support if thats something that would be of interest.
