Ignition Actuator

Just purchased a 2004 TJ Rubicon. Ignition was scraped.
I have all the parts to put back together but the 2 small Torx bolts/screws that hold the actuator
are missing. What size are they? imperial or metric? Thread size?

Send me a reminder message tomorrow, I'll see if the Mopar parts guide has that info.
Parts lists won't show it as they never sold the actuator separate from the steeing column. They are a T10 head the same as the ignition switch screw. I'd see if the ignition switch screw fits.

If it's the same thread then the ignition switch screw is listed as .125-40x.437 so it's a #5-40 (UNC) screw with 7/16" long thread.

It is the #5. Just have to wait until Monday to try to find 2 at the "Nuts and Bolts" store.
All put back together, new cylinder tumblers, All working with old chip key! Just need the 2 bolts.
Thanks Guys!

I’m pretty sure the PT Cruisers & Neons used the same setup so you might try a wrecking yard for them.
Try a 1/8-40x.437 which is used in the ignition switch area. I got that from the Mopar Parts Guide, definitely no guarantee but at least there's a chance.

Pretty sure this is correct, too. Neons for the early TJ. PT Cruiser for the late.
