Rotated mine in after some significant wear and an original rotation without the spare (stupid dealer). It was a little squirrelly on the road at first, but it wore a little faster and matched the other tires pretty quickly.
I did the 5 wheel rotation today at 2500 miles. I always like to get the first tire rotations early as it seems like I always get better results if I rotate at 2500 miles and then again at 5000 miles. I then increase to 5000 miles for the remainder of the tire life.
I was rotating mine every 5,000km (3,000 miles) when the missus was driving a short distance to work with lots of roundabouts (13km trip with 17 roundabouts....) and chewing the edges of the front passenger tyre. Now she has changed jobs and does a 40km trip each way mostly highway travel so I am back to 10,000km rotations (6,000 miles). I also do the "rearward cross" as in the pic in post 12.
Most tyre places down here recommend a 10,000km rotation pattern (6,000 miles)
