I am thinking of buying a 2013 jeep sport wrangler the only thing about it is it is a manual and I am used to automatic. I am going to learn to drive manual but If I ever wanted to switch the engine to automatic and get all the parts I needed would that even be possible?

The engine is same with both the manual and automatic transmissions. It would be a chore with the electronics.

I’d recommend buying one with your preferred type of transmission, and avoid the headache later.

Yes, it is possible, but, like the others have said, it's a LOT of work, and not very cheap to do either.
