So my left blinker has been blinking really fast and it wasn't before and now apparently my left tail light and blinker aren't working. My first guess is a blown fuse and I haven't checked it yet, but I just wanted other opinions. What do you guys think?

I think he's asking why it does it. Lol. I think it has something to do with how much electricity is going through the circuit.

When both lights are working its enough power that it blinks normally. When one is blown there is too much electricity to te working light therefore making it blink really fast.

I'm not expert just my opinion b
