Just wondering if there were any of you around this area, I'm stationed on the base here for a little while and was looking for some trails for a weekend getaway, or either just a nice pretty ride around some state parks. My Jeep is my daily driver so I don't wanna be too rough on her, (yet, lol) but some good lil trails would be nice to find. Best I've found so far seems to be the ORV park in Hot Springs, but it's about a half a tank away from here... lol. What all does that park consist of?

Also... can anyone recommend a good trustworthy 4x4 shop around the area, even in Little Rock to do a lil work for me if I ever need it? (ie: bigger lift, etc). I would appreciate the heads up before I took my Jeep to a shady joint.

Thanks!

I'm in Jacksonville as well. There's also Cabot tire and off road. X2 on the 4x4 outfitters. Mines a dd too. I want to play but not tear it up yet as we'll. I know of a little place in Sherwood to play in mud. It's by where they r building some houses but its not bad.

Just to haul my Polaris rzr to play with. Only 8k miles. Still too new for dents n scratches. Muddying is fun just not the cleanup. Not any good car washes around to clean them Without getting griped at.

LANDERS jEEP IN Little Rock
<LI class=uiListItem><LI class=uiListItem>

This is an open event for anybody with a Jeep, or interested in learning more about Jeeps! These are family events, and everyone is encouraged to bring their families out. This time we are going to demonstrate a few simple modifications and provide the materials so that those that want to can actually perform the mod with help and supervision. Please come out and join up with us, and spread the word to other Jeep owners and lets see what we can get into next!
We will be getting ready for our first crawl together coming in January in Hot Springs at Superlift Off Road Park.

the jeep clubs trip is January 19th...

Superlift Park is a LOT of fun!! And the trails are rated by degree of difficulty. 1s, 2s, and some of the 3s, you can make it through without a scratch!! If your interested, Arkansas Jeep Owners Society is taking a group of mostly Newbies up Saturday January 19th! Everyone is welcome to come! We are meeting this Saturday, just to give everybody an idea of what to expect, and sign everybody up!!
Come out if ya can!!

Hope you can make it out! We should have a good group there tomorrow! Will be going over a few things, probably playing in the ditch out front, but mostly gearing up for the first ride on the 19th.

I live about 30 miles south, but I am in Sherwood a lot. My mother in law lives there just off hwy 107. 4x4 offroad outfitters is a great 4x4 shop. Superlift is a good place, there is no reason to tear your Jeep up there, they have trails for everyone.
