i went through this little mud hole today and when i put it back in 2wd and went to let off the clutch it felt like it had no power. once i got some speed up i shifted the 3rd and it didnt want to go anywhere just bog down and the check engine light started to flash, i made it home and let the jeep idle for about 10 min shut it off and gave it another go and it had a little more power then before.. any ideas on what it could be? its a 2000 jeep wrangler 4cyl. manual.

Depending on how deep you went you may have got the tps wet or the coil pack or maybe some other sensor. Maybe you got your clutch wet and it was slipping. Check the code see what it is go from there.
