Jeep just called me and wanted to know if i was interested in selling my Jeep back to them above blue book or trading it in. They said they are running a huge buy back sale and they are selling Jeeps at invoice. Which I told the guy I have friends and family so I get invoice anyways.
Any thoughts?

It was the dealer I bought the jeep from. It's 2012 Wrangler Unlimited Sport I got it at invoice I only owe 18K on it and I think blue book is around 23 or 24K. That's a difference of 5-6k at blue book. I figured if I got another at invoice

Stupid phone....

Anyways I figured I get another at invoice with some upgrades, maybe even a Rubi with the 5-6K difference might put me in a newer Jeep at the same payment.

Ok so the wife is down there right now for me already seeing what I can get while I'm at work. They pulled out a 2014 unlimited Sahara edition with leather, hard top, 3.72 gears, uconnect 430n and tow package with all the basic Sahara offers.

My jeep is a 2012 soft top roll down windows basic radio 3.21 gears keyed entry

If the price I'm paying now for the upgrade I'm going to take it.

But my question is should I take the Sahara stock wheels or trade them for my 33x12.5x15 wrangler duratracs?

For an extra 90$ a month I got a 2014 Sahara unlimited with the good uconnect, 3.73 gears, tow package, and hard top and to top it off 1% less apr (2.9) What a score I came out with.

Ok ready to hit the trail.

Nice job! Yes, I'd love to see pics too!

I'm not from your area, so I'm not even sure how I stumbled on this thread but I know that when I fly into Vegas I get so jealous cause I can see all the trails from my airplane window on approach. Have tons of fun.

Keep in mind... "invoice Price" is NOT a good deal. Ever

its a fair deal. (giving the dealer a justifyable profit margin)

MSRP is, of course, robbery if you are stupid enough to pay that.

Invoice is what they say they pay for the vehicle from the manufacturer and legally it is accurate...but not true. (Yes there is a difference.)

You get into a whole cloud of "creative accounting terms" used to obfuscate the reality of "cost".

Carbuyingtips.com is a very educational site that has saved me crap load of money in buying vehicles. Its long, but worth it. (TWSS)

I use to sale cars, I have gotten a few of these letters , calls before. I just throw them in the trash or say no thank you! they are not doing you any favors trust me.

X2 on what Ray just said!!!!! I have not been without a car payment since 95 lol and that has been by choice, why you ask???? Cause I love having new cars, its all about what makes you happy and if you can afford your happiness then go for it!!!!! Nice ride by the way.
