Hey everyone, I know that what I'm experiencing in my JK isn't the dreaded death wobble since it happens when I'm stationary but it's almost as if the jeep "shivers" occasionally when it's idling. Any ideas? Maybe bad gas? Any help is appreciated.

If this happens while idle, it may be a very near dead battery. A battery that isn't working anymore can cause the engine to dip (rpm drop) really low while idling and it will feel like a loss of power or shake as the jeep tries to keep the rpms stationary.

You might also want to make sure your spark plug wires are in good condition. If you're getting a firing miss during idle it would make it run rough. The computer would probably log a code for it too.
