I'm fairly new to Wranglers. Always liked them. Got a '00 TJ last March and got the bug so just ordered a '12 JK.

Any good shop recommendations inside the 128 area (Quincy, up to Woburn, out to Netwon) that does a wide range of mods (bars, lights, lifts, bumpers, etc..)? I'd like to just generally talk with someone who's an expert who can do what I want (which is still TBD itself).

Talking on here and god knows there are hundreds of thousand of posts to search through, but sometimes at the end of the day, the person I am going to have do it is the one who I want to feel comfortable with.

Thanks!

I'm from the Lowell area and have searched for shops for almost two years. So far the only one I have got tons of positive feedback was Steve's keep country in Epsom NH (yes I just said Epsom). There is a shop in Plaistow nh and literally I just found a shop in Townsend ma yesterday http://www.4wdcenter.org/

Which I plan on checking out.

The more I read about Elias the more I seem to make plans for heading out to Townsend.
townsend is well worth the ride out there, these are the only guys i trust to work on my jeep when i cant do the work, they have over 40 years of working on jeeps. and will explain everything to you in detail .. plus no BS. :punk:

So I just got off the phone with Lou from Elias 4wd center. That guy is half way to saint hood!!! I'm very ADHD and spastic on the phone (usually why I don't talk a lot on the phone). Lou was patient, super informative, and very descriptive about what he would do and very informative about the parts I wish to have installed.
I'll report back as this goes forth

Holy crap what an amazing shop! Great people all around. I learned more about my jeep in twenty minutes with Chris than I could believe. Lou the owner was kind courteous and informative on the possibilities and different directions the jeep could take. Couldn't have had a better expierience. Can't wait to figure out how I'm going to figure out how to get the wife on board with a lift, new bumpers, and skid plates, oh and might as well throw the winch in there to those dreams
