Hey y'all, just wanted to make sure I know what these words mean:

Sway bar: The part of suspension that restricts excessive movement of the suspension arms?

Ball sockets: The part of suspension that allows the vehicle to flex left and right of the chassis?

Body lift: Lifts the body of the vehicle off the chassis (to allow bigger tires to fit into the wheel hubs)?

Are my definitions correct?

I'm not sure what ball sockets are, sounds painful though. Ha.
Sway bar is what you think it is but doesn't do what you think it does.

Ball joints are pivot points such as where the steering system can turn the front wheels.

Ohhh, yea I meant ball joints. Ha not ball sockets. That's embarrassing!

But ok, at least I have the gist of it.
