Hi, my son (21) and I are thinking of taking a bit of a road trip the first week of July. Taking the Wrangler from Moose Jaw Saskatchewan down through Montana and maybe into Idaho. Anyone in Montana recommend an easy trail or two for some beautiful Montana scenery? I did see a guy who had a blast over the winter in the Montana area, I think up by the Alberta, Canadian boarder? Anyway I am going to look for his posts. We have 5 or more free days to eat some good American food and see some nice sights. Any recommends would be appreciated! We have no route at this time so anything is possible!

Where did you end up going? Haven't been on here in a while.

If going south to eastern Idaho, the Gravelly Range Road from near Ennis south to Red Rock Lakes is very scenic and someplace without any pucker factor. From Red Rock Lakes, you can head east to West Yellowstone or west to I 15/Lima.
