Jeep Green, Freedom Top, Automatic....
Dealer Transfer so hopefully Friday I'll be joining the ranks. I always loved the Jeep Style and Community, but couldnt deal with the ride on a Daily Basis(30+ mile ride to work) so after I took the jeeps for a test drive yesterday I knew I had found the jeep for me.
Only Problem is this... I'm moving from a WRX into the Jeep....
My WRX does 0-60 in HALF the time of the jeep.... Granted, I'm not buying the jeep to go fast, but I still need to get it on the highway.... 10 Seconds can be a bit scary.. Especially for my wife who also drives a Turbo Subaru (Forester XT), and she wants to drive the jeep too...
So basically, what I'm after is what is the best route to go to get it up to speed a bit quicker? A new Exhaust and Intake may help a bit, but whats that on these? 10hp maybe? Are there any Chips that are actually worth it?
Shaving a Second or 2 off that 0-60 time is really al I'm after.
